西雅图 Pacific University ensures that all employees (including any temporary contracted employees) who perform 第九条-related duties (hereafter “第九条 Administrators”) receive training that complies with the requirements set forth by 第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 and regulations.
The 第九条 Administrators have received, and continue to receive, a variety of training and certifications aligned with best practices and in compliance with State and Federal law. In accordance with 34 CFR 106.45(b)(10)(D), 西雅图 Pacific University is making the training materials publicly available on its website that are used to train its 第九条 Coordinator, Deputy 第九条 Coordinators, 调查人员, Decision Makers, Appeal Reviewers, and Informal Process Facilitators for its 第九条 sexual harassment complaint procedures.
